We offer individual indoor kennels with access to outdoor runs so your pet can enjoy personal space and fresh air. We don’t blend dogs unless specifically requested by pet parents, and only do so in small groups with dogs of the same temperament, always supervised by a trained team member. Your pet gets one-on-one attention and the option to socialize, but isn't forced to do so.

Our cat room has screened in windows that allow for fresh air and bird watching during the warmer months! Each condo has at least 2 connecting rooms that allow your cat to roam. Our feline friends enjoy a private space away from the dogs, comfy beds & blankets, scratching posts, interactive toys, treats, and lots of love.

We provide a full range of services from boarding and daycare to grooming and training, all in one place, ensuring your pet receives seamless, comprehensive care. Our certified groomer offers a variety of spa treatments for your pup, and we've even been known to give cat baths & manicures! Drop your pet off for the weekend and take them home looking (and smelling) fresh.

At Brooknelle Pet Hotel, your dog enjoys both indoor comfort and outdoor fun in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. Each individual outdoor run opens to a larger fenced in play yard with grassy play areas, a flowing creek, and visits from local wildlife like deer and birds. It’s the perfect backyard experience! Dog toys & sticks included.

Safety is always our top priority at Brooknelle Pet Hotel. We require all pets to be up to date on their vet visits to avoid things like "kennel cough" that you may find in other places. We have 24/7 on-site management, security cameras, temperature sensors, all-around outdoor fencing, and highly trained staff to give your pets the safest care possible. We know that your pet is part of your family, which is why we treat them like ours when they stay with us.
